THE CHALLENGE
TorqueHaus sells performance parts for sports cars and had already been running paid ads for a while. The problem was that results were inconsistent and difficult to scale. Campaigns were scattered across different ad sets, creatives weren’t being tested regularly, and it was hard to see what was actually driving conversions. Costs were slowly increasing while performance stayed unpredictable.
WHAT WE DID
We started by restructuring their campaigns across Meta and Google to simplify the account and focus spending on the audiences most likely to convert. At the same time, we introduced a simple creative testing process so new ad concepts could be tested every week. This helped quickly identify the messages and visuals that resonated most with TorqueHaus’ audience. Tracking and reporting were also improved so the team could clearly see which campaigns were driving sales.
